About the Role

As an Enterprise Project Manager at Canonical, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our open-source projects. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of open source across the global enterprise technology market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-cultural, remote, and global project teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive results
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks

  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT project management, software engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Agile project management certification and experience
  • Ability to lead diverse, remote project teams and manage cross-cultural relationships
  • Strong commercial skills, including contract negotiation and management
  • Flexibility to travel 6-8 weeks per year, with occasional international travel
