The Role:

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Transaction Coordinator (TC) who can handle the fast-paced, high-intensity nature of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to close.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and title companies.
  • Track all deal milestones, documents, and deadlines.
  • Ensure smooth communication between all parties.
  • Update CRM and maintain accurate records for each transaction.
Ideal Profile:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in wholesale real estate or fix-and-flip.
  • Must have experience with InvestorLift software.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Able to handle high-stress calls and communicate clearly.
  • Minimal training required, must be ready to "hit the ground running."

Schedule: Full-time, remote.

Location: Open to all nationalities.
