We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a highly skilled, research-driven Content Writer who can transform complex PPC workflows and insights into clear, structured, high-signal content — especially for LinkedIn.

This is not a generic content marketing position.

You will create insight-led, workflow-based performance content that explains PPC problems, uncovers hidden opportunities, and frames the logic behind our automation workflows.

Our content style blends:

  1. Analytical clarity
  2. Insight-driven storytelling
  3. Light performance marketing (hooks, curiosity angles, comment-trigger CTAs)
  4. Strategic persuasion

The goal:

Spark curiosity → Drive conversation → Generate inbound requests for workflow demos, landing pages, and resources.

You will write for an advanced, problem-aware audience:

  • Experienced Amazon Sellers
  • PPC Managers
  • Agencies
  • Operators & Performance Marketers

(Not beginners.)

You don't need Amazon PPC experience — but you must be comfortable learning complex concepts quickly and asking the right questions to clarify logic and mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

A. Primary (Core of the Role)

  • Write high-quality LinkedIn workflow posts in the Scale Insights framework (problem → tension → insight → mechanism → outcome → CTA)
  • Use insight-driven storytelling to frame PPC problems in an engaging, curiosity-led way
  • Translate complex automation workflows into clear, structured, digestible narratives
  • Understand the strategic intent of each post: engagement, curiosity, and inbound demand
  • Work closely with marketing leadership to internalize logic, objectives, and workflow mechanics
  • Apply step-by-step analytical thinking to simplify advanced PPC concepts
  • Produce content that feels like it came from a performance-savvy PPC strategist, not a generic writer

B. Secondary Duties

  • Create short-form variations for campaigns and platforms
  • Assist with workflow summaries, feature spotlights, and advanced educational content
  • Collaborate with internal PPC specialists to refine raw insights into polished content
  • Maintain working knowledge of Amazon PPC dynamics and seller challenges (training provided)

You consistently produce content that is:

  • Clear, logical, and grounded in real PPC decision-making
  • Insight-led, revealing hidden gaps or misunderstood mechanics
  • Structured with tension, narrative flow, and curiosity
  • Educational — no hype, no fluff
  • Persuasive and CTA-driven
  • Strategically aligned with our performance marketing objectives
  • Research-backed and thoughtfully questioned before writing
  • Style-matched to provided samples

Requirements

Must Have

  1. Exceptional writing skills with samples demonstrating clarity, structure, and analytical reasoning
  2. B2B writing experience (business or technical audiences)
  3. Ability to blend analysis + storytelling
  4. Comfort with learning and explaining complex data or technical concepts
  5. Strong research skills; ability to ask the right clarifying questions
  6. Ability to replicate a precise writing style
  7. Understanding of curiosity-driven, conversation-driven content
  8. Excellent written English and logical flow

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with SaaS, ecommerce, or performance marketing
  2. Familiarity with Amazon PPC (training provided)
  3. Experience in workflow content, instructional writing, or product narratives
  4. Background in technical writing, product marketing, or B2B content strategy
