About Us:
Intelex Outsourcing specializes in providing accurate Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services across various industries. Our interpreters facilitate transparent communication between Limited English proficiency (LEPs) patients and Doctors in the USA, Canada and the UK, ensuring messages are conveyed accurately and completely.
Job Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer calls and adhere to the Interpreter's code of conduct.
- Take detailed notes during calls and maintain awareness of industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in the healthcare and medical sectors.
- Provide accurate interpretations without adding, omitting, or substituting information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients.
- Participate in internal professional training and pursue additional certifications.
- Collaborate with team leaders and adhere to dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and native proficiency in Spanish
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology; familiarity with legal terminology is advantageous.
- High school diploma in the native language.
- Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
- Previous experience of At least 1 week is A must
What we offer:
- Earn 10 cents /min.

- Get up to $170/month as performance bonuses on top of your salary.
- Part-time options available.
- 70-85% occupancy—peak time: 8 AM–5 PM US EST.

Pay: From BsF1,384.54 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
