Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Office Support)

Location: Venezuela (Remote)

Description:

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant based in Venezuela to support our office team with day-to-day tasks. This role is focused on general office support and coordination across different departments.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Administrative and office support
  • Data entry and basic reporting
  • Email and document organization
  • Assisting with customer service, logistics, or e-commerce tasks
  • Supporting different team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Must speak and write English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic online tools
  • Willing to learn and take on different types of tasks
