Senior Brand Manager - Oral CareStrategic Mission
To lead the global strategic direction, positioning, and long-term P&L growth of the assigned brand portfolio. The Senior Brand Manager serves as the ultimate brand champion, ensuring brand consistency, maximizing brand equity, and delivering sustainable, profitable market share expansion.
Core Responsibilities & DeliverablesThe Senior Brand Manager is expected to:
- P&L and Strategy Ownership: Drive the brand's financial performance, acting as the business owner for the assigned portfolio. Develop and execute robust 3-5 year strategic marketing roadmaps, vision, and brand architecture.
- Integrated Campaign Leadership: Oversee the development, budgeting, and flawless execution of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social, ATL, BTL). Manage and optimize relationships with creative and media agencies.
- Data-Driven Insight Generation: Leverage advanced market research, consumer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and predictive analytics to generate actionable insights that inform product innovation, pricing, and communication strategy.
- Budget & Resource Maximization: Manage marketing budget, ensuring exceptional operational efficiency and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) across all brand expenditures.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a central hub, leading and aligning cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Operations, Finance) to ensure all organizational efforts support the brand's strategic goals and market launches.
- Talent Development: Mentor, coach, and develop junior brand team members, fostering a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, and marketing excellence.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of progressive Brand Management experience in a dynamic FMCG/CPG or related industry, with proven P&L management responsibility.
- English Proficiency
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related Master's degree highly preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives. Expertise in brand equity measurement, forecasting, and advanced marketing mix modeling.
- Leadership: Proven leadership in managing large projects and influencing executive stakeholders without direct authority.
