About the role:
Develops and executes meetings and events that are aligned with Communications & Programs, Marketing, and Sales objectives.
Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborates and makes recommendations on the development and execution of strategic meetings & events that support initiatives, including the use of appropriate messages and tactics. Develops a solid understanding of products and market.Communicates proactively to all stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines and logistics.Produces meetings & events ensuring consistency while following established guidelines, processes and tools. Provides recommendations where appropriate.Develops strong relationships with key customers, internal and external, serving as a liaison for initiatives.Partners with and manages vendors to ensure that initiatives meet objectives. Provides guidance and feedback on areas of continuous improvement.Defines, tracks, and maintains budgets. Ensures cost-saving measures and spending within allocated amount. Provides recommendations on franchise budgets where appropriate.Understands and applies finance principles and their implications to the development of franchise budgets.Evaluates program impact and metrics for projects and/or launches. Provides recommendations for continuous improvement.Acquires and maintains knowledge of meeting & event industry trends and best-in-class practices as related to responsibilities. Participates on the Meeting & Event Council as directed.Required qualifications:

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see —will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
