Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Define and Prioritize Product Features: Clearly define, prioritize, and manage the outcome driven development of IT products and features to align with business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Translate Requirements into Specifications: Convert high-level business requirements into detailed specifications and actionable user stories, ensuring clarity and focus for the development team
• Work as a Product Lead within a Trio of Business Owner and Tech Owner to evaluate business, regulatory and customer needs to focus on the right things
• Monitor and Optimize Development Progress: Track the progress of product development, making data-driven adjustments and decisions to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.⁠
• Bridge IT and Business Units: Serve as the key liaison between IT and internationally located business stakeholders, working closely together with the mentioned team, ensuring strategic alignment and effective collaboration. 

Required Skills:

• At least 4 years of experience as a product owner in Agile Software development enviroments
• You have already worked in scaling product environments or migration projects – we would love to hear about a mini case study from your experience.
• ⁠Agile Methodologies Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience
• You have a good basic technical understanding, even without technical training.
• You move confidently between business and tech, communicate clearly in German and English, and manage to get teams and stakeholders on the same page. 
• API and Data Analysis: General understanding
• Business Process Analysis: Skilled in analyzing and visually displaying business processes and breaking down complex requirements into actionable features to ensure effective solution delivery 

 Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and German (at least B2) is essential.
• Strong Team Player: Demonstrates the ability to excel in collaborative environments, effectively working with geographically distributed teams.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possesses solid analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and deliver high-impact solutions.
