About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Treasury Coordinator to ensure the effective execution and implementation of financial strategies defined by the Finance Directorate. This role is crucial for analyzing, planning, and controlling the company's cash flow. You will lead the Treasury team in conducting area-specific activities such as payment processing, corporate reporting, audits, banking relations, and the management of bank operations, along with process simplification and optimization projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cash Management: Control and direct company funds to maintain an adequate cash flow that meets the organization's needs.
• Risk Mitigation: Design and execute policies to protect against currency devaluation, ensuring market fluctuations do not adversely affect financial statements.
• Coordination: Work with Credit and Accounts Payable teams to balance receivable and payable days, ensuring optimal cash balance.
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Review weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow estimates in alignment with financial directives.
• Compliance: Ensure disbursement processes adhere to internal control policies, with updated and approved control measures.
• Insurance Coverage: Manage insurance policies related to company assets and risks to ensure operational protection against potential incidents.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual cash performance reports to division and corporate offices.
• Liquidity Planning: Monitor daily treasury positions and anticipate potential cash flow deviations to maintain liquidity.
• Banking Relationships: Maintain productive relationships with banks, currency exchanges, insurers, and other financial partners to facilitate transactions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and SAP Systems.
• Intermediate English Level (B2)
• Data Driven

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong relationships with banks
• Previous experience in Treasury, Financial planning or Accounting.
