About the role:

We are looking for an IT Support Officer to join our team and assist in managing network incidents, providing user support for Windows and macOS systems, corporate devices, and cybersecurity. This role will be responsible for delivering technical support, configuring and maintaining equipment, and managing access and devices remotely—ensuring the security and operability of our technology platform.

Overall you will...
  • Manage the logistics of laptop and smartphone onboarding/offboarding for employees in different countries.

  • Keep track of assignments.

  • Maintain hardware and software inventory.

  • Provide high-quality technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

  • Configure, monitor, and optimize physical office networks using UniFi/Peplink equipment.

  • Set up and manage corporate computers, ensuring compliance with internal and security policies.

  • Manage user access and permissions to corporate systems, ensuring they can be quickly revoked when necessary.

  • Monitor and apply security patches via MDM platforms, and keep all assigned devices up to date.

  • Support the management of physical and digital integrated security systems.

  • Document technical issues and solutions for internal use.

  • Provide technical support related to productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.).

Qualifications
  • Technical degree or professional qualification in IT, Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, certifications demonstrating the required technical skills.

  • Previous experience in similar roles (preferably 2–4 years).

  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as:
    Jumpcloud, Microsoft Intune, Google Endpoint Management, or similar.

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and macOS).

  • Experience with Unifi networks, routing, switching, and firewalls.

  • Experience managing corporate accounts and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

  • Knowledge of telephony and call center systems for troubleshooting on edge gateways.

  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate directly with international vendors.
