• Creates visually compelling digital marketing assets for diverse brand partners, with strong technical and design skills proven across a wide range of projects.
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment, maintaining high attention to detail and meeting all personal and team deadlines.
• Easily shifts between projects with different visual styles, tackling design challenges with innovative, user- and client-centered solutions.
• Demonstrates strong project coordination and time-management skills; may guide interns, associate designers, and contributor-level teammates.
• Shows proactive teamwork and commitment to growth, supporting team delivery goals and continuously developing professional skills.

• Brings 2+ years of professional design experience with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrates exceptional production skills, including creating similars, photo cut-outs, and precise color adjustments.
• Shows advanced mastery of typography, spacing, hierarchy, and color theory to produce polished, effective designs.
• Skilled in designing for multiple screen sizes and platforms, ensuring cohesive experiences across desktop and mobile.
• Communicates effectively in English, works a US schedule, and provides a reliable portfolio, tools, and performance on design assessments.

Buy Box Experts, a Spreetail Agency, is a premier Amazon marketing agency, supporting brand executives as they seek to CONTROL and GROW their Amazon channel businesses (in the US and internationally).
