Sobre el rol

En Latam Business School buscamos un/a Sales Development Representative (SDR) con enfoque B2B consultivo, para trabajar con cuentas corporativas y acompañar procesos comerciales de mediano y largo plazo.

El rol está orientado a profesionales que disfruten abrir conversaciones estratégicas, construir relaciones con decisores senior y trabajar con rigor comercial, más que cerrar ventas de forma inmediata.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y trabajar cuentas corporativas asignadas.
  • Iniciar contacto con distintos roles dentro de una misma organización.
  • Generar conversaciones profesionales con perfiles ejecutivos.
  • Acompañar procesos de acercamiento comercial de forma estructurada.
  • Registrar y dar seguimiento a la actividad por cuenta en CRM.
  • Coordinar el traspaso de información y contexto al equipo comercial una vez que la cuenta esté madura.

Alcance del rol

Incluye:

  • Desarrollo de cuentas y relaciones comerciales.
  • Contacto con perfiles ejecutivos.
  • Seguimiento estructurado.

No incluye:

  • Cierre de ventas.
  • Presentación de precios.
  • Venta agresiva o por volumen.

Indicadores de desempeño

  • Calidad y avance de las cuentas trabajadas.
  • Nivel de acceso logrado dentro de las organizaciones.
  • Continuidad y consistencia en los procesos comerciales.
  • Calidad del traspaso al equipo comercial.

Perfil que buscamos

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia previa en ventas B2B consultivas, desarrollo de negocio o account management.
  • Deseable experiencia con cuentas corporativas o empresas grandes.
  • No orientado a perfiles de call center ni venta transaccional.

Habilidades:

  • Comunicación profesional y clara.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con perfiles ejecutivos.
  • Organización, seguimiento y disciplina comercial.
  • Pensamiento estratégico y enfoque en calidad.
