Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Psychiatrist at MCH International LLC. The Psychiatrist provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulates diagnoses, and develops individualized treatment plans for patients via secure telehealth platforms. Daily responsibilities include conducting follow-up appointments, prescribing and managing psychotropic medications, monitoring treatment effectiveness, and adjusting interventions as needed. The role also involves collaborating with other mental health professionals, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and adhering to applicable legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. The Psychiatrist is expected to deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive care while supporting patients in achieving sustainable improvements in mental health. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Psychiatry and Psychiatric Care, including diagnostic assessment and treatment planning.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Medicine and Mental Health, with a solid understanding of psychopharmacology and evidence-based interventions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Adolescent Psychiatry or experience working with youth and young adults, as applicable to the patient population.
• Active, unrestricted medical license as a Psychiatrist (MD or DO) in the relevant jurisdiction; board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry preferred.
• Experience providing telepsychiatry or remote mental health services and proficiency with electronic health record systems and secure video platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build therapeutic rapport in a virtual environment and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and ongoing professional development in psychiatric care and telehealth.
