Our team is committed to providing exceptional legal services, and we’re seeking a Legal/Litigation Assistant to join our ranks. As a Litigation Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and understanding of civil litigation will contribute to the success of our clients’ cases.

a unique opportunity for our Litigation Assistants. After two years of service with our law firm, eligible team members will have the chance to apply for a scholarship towards an LLM (Master of Laws) degree. This program is designed to support dedicated professionals in advancing their legal education and working towards becoming an attorney within our firm. We value long-term growth and are committed to investing in talented individuals who demonstrate exceptional work ethic, legal acumen, and a strong commitment to our team. This scholarship is part of our vision to nurture future legal professionals and provide a clear path for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
• Document Management: Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents. Maintain case files, ensuring all relevant materials are up-to-date.
• Calendar Management: Monitor deadlines, hearings, and trial dates. Coordinate schedules for attorneys and clients.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties. Provide updates on case progress.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research to support case strategies. Summarize findings for attorneys.
• Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Prepare materials for court proceedings.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of legal experience as a Legal Assistant.
• English advanced C1/C2 (Mandatory).
• Familiarity with civil litigation processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, completed or in process is a big plus. Benefits and Perks:

Working hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am
- 5:30pm PST (1-hour lunch)
• Service premiums will be paid every half and end of year.
• Work 100% remotely.
• Time Champ (Software) for security and payroll purposes.
• Paid time off.
