• Be the go-to leader for all Retreat operations when the Retreat Director is away
• Set the standard — crush your own sales goals while helping the team hit theirs
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to perform at their best
• Build an upbeat, service-driven environment where guests feel valued and welcomed
• Consistently meet and exceed sales metrics What You Bring
• At least 2 years of sales + retail management experience
• Experience managing hourly teams (you know how to lead people, not just processes)
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• A people-first mindset with exceptional guest service instincts
• Solid computer skills and comfort with standard software
• Bonus points for industry experience
