DISPATCHER / SALES REPRESENTATIVE – REMOTE POSITION
We are a U.
S.-based trucking company looking for motivated, responsible, and hardworking Dispatchers / Sales Representatives located in Turkey to join our growing team. This is a 100% work-from-home position. No commuting, no traffic, and no travel required. We are looking for serious individuals who are disciplined, independent, and willing to take responsibility for their work. COMPENSATION
- $1,400 USD monthly salary
- Up to $400 USD additional performance bonus per month
- Total earning potential: up to $1,800 USD per month REQUIREMENTS
- Must be comfortable speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Must work U.
S. Eastern Time business hours, approximately 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Must understand that some days may require additional time until the job is completed
- Must be able to monitor emails and assigned drivers after regular hours and on weekends when necessary
- Must have your own computer and reliable high-speed internet
- Must have a quiet, professional room dedicated to working
- Must be responsible, organized, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Trucking or dispatching experience is a plus JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for communicating with customers, brokers, and drivers; finding and negotiating loads; coordinating pickups and deliveries; monitoring drivers and shipments; responding to emails and phone calls; solving problems as they arise; and developing new customer relationships. This position requires ownership and responsibility. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to work from home. We are looking for someone who wants to work hard, learn the U.
