Our team is driven by innovation and a passion for delivering exceptional results.SalaryThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 per year, based on national averages.Job DescriptionAs our Chief Operations Officer, you will oversee a team of 4-5 internal operations staff and contractors. Your responsibilities will include:Team Management: Provide regular feedback, conduct one-on-ones, and foster team growth to ensure our markets are well-stocked, beautiful, and performing.Operations Management: Actively monitor market problems and ensure that the Operations team quickly solves them to maintain optimal store performance.New Market Openings: Onboard new properties and chase down answers to key onboarding questions to keep our new openings schedule on track.Client Success & Client Expansion: Find ways to creatively increase revenue and profits by proactively ensuring fantastic relationships between clients and their clients.Morchandiser Success: Screen and/or interview potential merchandisers, ensure satisfaction through frequent 1-on-1s, and coach them to work faster and more effectively.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Experience: 5+ years in operations management, ideally in a startup or small business environment.Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology, multiple tools and systems, fast on computers, and adept at managing complex workflows.Proactive Problem Solver: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.BenefitsThis role offers opportunities for large bonuses for high performers, making it an attractive option for ambitious professionals seeking career advancement and financial rewards.
