You get things done, fastCARE - You take pleasure in helping others and doing things the right wayOUTSTANDING - You have the highest standards and run things like a well-oiled machineDEPENDABLE - If someone asks you to do something, they KNOW it will get doneENERGY - You bring a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude to work every day.THE ROLEWe are currently seeking a bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our internal recruitment team with the initial contact of candidates and other duties involved in their recruitment processes.You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:Sourcing and contacting potential applicants that fit search criteriaRead and reply to LinkedIn messages in a timely mannerPublishing job posts on various recruitment platformsScreening incoming applicants and moving them through the pipelineConducting interviews, and taking and organizing interview notesKeeping ATS and department admin folders up to dateComplete and submit reports and metricsOther administrative activities related to the roleRequirementsC1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skillsAt least 1 year of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience preferably remoteExperience or familiarity with HR and talent management processesGraduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degreeA quiet home office with a desk and office chairStable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speedA laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphoneAccess to a quiet "home office"Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)BenefitsOur pay rate: $5/hr (approx $840-880/month)Ongoing pay rate increments once a year based on performanceDiscretionary bonuses5 Holidays as PTO10 Self-care days.
