Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual HR Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee performance and satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions for all roles within the organization.
  • Work closely with department managers to ensure job descriptions reflect current responsibilities and expectations.
  • Design and implement KPIs to evaluate employee performance and effectiveness of organizational initiatives.
  • Analyze KPI data and provide regular reports to senior management with recommendations for improvements.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions for the team on various topics.
  • Develop customized training materials and programs addressing specific skill development needs of employees.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English skills (B2/C1 Proficiency).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge in evaluation techniques and KPI development.
  • Availability to work full-time in our office (Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM).
