You do not have to relocate to join usWhat this job can offer youNow is a great time to join Remote and start your career in global employment as a Mobility Coordinator on our Onboarding & Mobility team This entry-level role is essential in supporting our Mobility team with administrative tasks, including processing vendor invoices, verifying immigration statuses, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.What you bringExperience in an administrative role in a Global Mobility, Immigration, or HR-related capacityPrevious experience with invoice reconciliation and vendor-client communicationTeam player with the ability to take direction and then work independentlyOrganized and able to work independentlyEnjoys finding ways to improve and speed up their workWrites and speaks fluent EnglishExperience working remotely is a plusKey responsibilitiesVerify and reconcile vendor invoices to ensure data accuracySupport various compliance requirements, including immigration audits, physical document checking and couriers, and expiring document verificationCoordinate Right to Work checks, including face-to-face and 3rd party verification as neededPartner closely with the Mobility managers to own tasks that ensure streamlined operations for the Mobility teamSupport the Mobility Specialists with issuing immigration-related documentation, as neededCollaborate on ad-hoc, cross-team EOR Operations projects, including onboarding, off-boarding, and contract amendments, as neededRemote Compensation PhilosophyRemote's Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while hiring globally.The base salary range for this full-time position is $26,700 to $60,050 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
