Salary
The base salary range for this full-time position as a Mobility Coordinator is $26,700 to $60,050 USD per annum. Our compensation strategy considers geographic pay differentials, ensuring we remain competitive in various markets while hiring globally. The actual base pay for the successful candidate will depend on factors such as location, transferable skills, work experience, and business needs.

Job Description
This entry-level role as a Mobility Coordinator is essential in supporting our Mobility team with administrative tasks, including processing vendor invoices, verifying immigration statuses, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in an administrative role within Global Mobility, Immigration, or HR-related capacities.
  • Verify and reconcile vendor invoices to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support various compliance requirements, including immigration audits, physical document checking, and expiring document verification.
  • Coordinate Right to Work checks, including face-to-face and 3rd party verification as needed.
  • Partner closely with the Mobility managers to own tasks that ensure streamlined operations for the Mobility team.
  • Support the Mobility Specialists with issuing immigration-related documentation, as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative role in a Global Mobility, Immigration, or HR-related capacity.
  • Previous experience with invoice reconciliation and vendor-client communication.
  • Team player with the ability to take direction and then work independently.
  • Organized and able to work independently.
  • Able to find ways to improve and speed up work processes.
  • Fully fluent in English language, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
