Customer Support ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead and develop our support team at Verne. This role involves managing a team of customer support representatives while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service through both phone and email channels. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of customer support experience, including 1.5 years in a leadership role, with proven ability to coach teams and optimize support operations.Note To ApplicantsEligibility: This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America.Application Language: Please submit your CV in English.
