About The RoleSeamless Assist is seeking a skilled and experienced Global HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across international markets. This role is ideal for someone who understands both human-centered hiring and modern, AI-supported recruitment workflows. If you're passionate about connecting global talent with growing businesses and have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, wed love to hear from you.Role OverviewAs a Global Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to identify hiring needs, attract top-tier talent, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process across regions and time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle international recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding)Partner with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profilesSource candidates using job boards, social platforms, ATS tools, proactive outreach, and AI-assisted sourcing toolsUse AI tools to support resume screening, candidate matching, outreach optimization, and pipeline managementConduct candidate assessments and initial interviewsCoordinate and schedule client interviews; collect feedback and manage offer processesMaintain accurate recruitment data, pipelines, and hiring dashboardsEnsure compliance with international hiring standards and labor regulationsBuild and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and future rolesContinuously optimize recruitment processes using automation and data insightsQualifications3+ years of experience in full-cycle international recruitmentStrong understanding of global sourcing strategies and candidate evaluationExperience recruiting across multiple industries and role typesWorking knowledge of AI tools in recruitment (e.g., AI resume screening, sourcing tools, automation, ATS enhancements)Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, JobStreet, Indeed, and ATS platformsExcellent communication skills and cultural awareness when recruiting globallyHighly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneouslyComfortable working remotely across multiple time zonesNice-to-HaveExperience implementing or improving AI-assisted hiring workflowsFamiliarity with recruitment analytics and performance metricsBackground in recruiting virtual assistants or offshore talent
