We focus on customer satisfaction and ensure fast response times and delivery through continuous investment in inventory and technology.Role Overview:As a Senior Contracts Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping contract terms that are vital to our success. You’ll be responsible for negotiating, executing, and managing contracts that support customer satisfaction and protect company interests, directly contributing to our growth and leadership in the industry.Responsibilities:Review and authorize customer forms for accuracy and compliance.Interpret and communicate contract bid RFQs to relevant departments.Draft terms and conditions for contract bid responses.Author, review, negotiate, and maintain contract documents.Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external parties on all contractual matters.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required.At least 2 years of contract management experience.Aerospace industry experience is a plus.Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Benefits & Perks:Make a significant impact on industry-leading solutions.Engage in challenging and rewarding work that supports career development.Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
