We’re on the lookout for talented designersTo work at our studio in Caracas in VenezuelaREQUIREMENTSWho we’re looking for?We’re seeking a passionate Architectural Designer to join our team at our studio in Caracas (Venezuela), who can participate in our uniquely collaborative design process and work hand-in-hand with colleagues across disciplines on a wide variety of luxury residential design projects.You are passionate about design and believe in the power of design to be a catalyst for change.You are enthusiastic about, and comfortable committing to, our multidisciplinary design process.You are curious, open-minded and have a strong desire to learn about contemporary architectural design practices.You work well in a team environment and can work under supervision to prepare designs which meet our client’s program, quality objectives, and project constraints.You have a keen eye for detail, particularly when reviewing architectural design documents.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the success of multiple projects from schematic design through construction administration, including:Drawing production, conceptual design, rendering, modelling, and preparing client presentations.Working on multiple projects of all sizes and complexities within set deadlines.Preparing design and construction documentation.Key SkillsYou are proficient in Revit, SketchUp and the Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Lumion and Autocad would be a bonus.Experience creating and understanding project documentation.Working knowledge of building codes, standards and construction processes.You must be a capable problem-solver, who is highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking.You have strong written and verbal communication skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.You must have between 2-5 years’ professional experience in high-end, conceptually driven residential architectural design.You must currently reside in Caracas, Venezuela or be willing to relocate to Caracas.
