Luxury Residential Architectural Specialist

We're seeking a passionate Architectural Designer to join our studio at Sdhstudio, working on a wide variety of luxury residential design projects in Caracas (Venezuela).

We're looking for a talented individual who can participate in our collaborative design process and work hand-in-hand with colleagues across disciplines.

• Drawing production, conceptual design, rendering, modelling, and preparing client presentations.
• Working on multiple projects of all sizes and complexities within set deadlines.
• Preparing design and construction documentation.

You must be proficient in Revit, SketchUp and the Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Lumion and Autocad would be a bonus.

• Experience creating and understanding project documentation.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards and construction processes.
• Capable problem-solver, highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

We're seeking a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture holder with between 2-5 years' professional experience in high-end, conceptually driven residential architectural design.
