The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a healthy and productive work environment, as well as implementing strategies that improve employee performance and satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with our Human Resources department in professional development and recruiting and selection.Develop and update detailed and accurate job descriptions for all roles within the organization.Collaborate with department managers to ensure job descriptions reflect current responsibilities and expectations.Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate employee performance and effectiveness of organizational initiatives.Analyze KPI data and provide regular reports to senior management with recommendations for improvements.Plan and conduct weekly training sessions for the team, both remote and in-person.Develop training materials and programs that address specific skill development and professional growth needs of employees.Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.Identify development opportunities and design customized career plans for employees.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Advanced English skills (B2/C1 Proficiency).Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Knowledge in evaluation techniques and KPI's development.Availability to work full time in our office in Chacao, Caracas (Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM).Mínimo Nivel Académico RequeridoUniversidad CompletaMínimo Nivel de Inglés RequeridoAvanzadoMínima Experiencia Laboral Requerida3-4 años
