Our client, an international digital media marketing Agency focused on developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the global Amazon marketplace, is looking for an Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team. About the Role
The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing and influencer partnerships. As an Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in expanding clients reach and impact through effective affiliate programs and influencer collaborations. This is a remote position. If hired, you will join a company with an amazing and talented staff.
What You'll Do

Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with our brand goals.
Identify, recruit, and engage potential new affiliates and influencers who align with our brand.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates and influencer partners.
Monitor affiliate and influencer campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials for affiliate and influencer use.
Organize and oversee affiliate events and influencer activations.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines related to affiliate and influencer marketing.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reporting and feedback on affiliate program success to senior management.
Participate in daily stand‑up meetings, promptly addressing any issues to facilitate swift resolution and maintain project momentum.

Skills Were Seeking

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and performance analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable relationships.
Creative thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new marketing opportunities.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Strong written communication skills and proficiency in drafting campaign reports and presentations.
