We would love you to join our team and grow together.Physical Therapist Responsibilities:- Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in an outpatient setting, assessing their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques.- Implement treatment plans effectively, providing hands-on therapy and guidance to patients to facilitate functional improvement and pain management.- Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to enhance their recovery and prevent recurrence.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports to track treatment outcomes and ensure continuity of care.- Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides in delivering patient care, providing guidance and support as needed.- AHA BLS required.Benefits (For Full-time Employees):- $5,000 Retention bonus.- $1,300 Student loan assistance.- 401k plan with a 4% match.- Medical benefits.- Paid vacation, holidays, sick days & personal day.- Membership into Evidence in Motion (Professional Development Program).- Employee referral program (Up to $5,000 per referral).- Entertainment and dining discount package.- Relocation assistance if needed.- Sponsorship for foreign-trained Physical Therapist candidates.- Plus more.Location: Valencia, CASetting: Outpatient - Physical TherapistStatus: Full TimePay: $43 - $56 per hourQualifications:- Passion around serving others- AHA BLS required.- California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.- Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.EOE#CH500
