This allows us to offer inpatient, ARU & NICU positions in addition to our high performance outpatient Sports & Ortho facilities.We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Valencia, CA You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.Do you have a passion for pelvic, lymphedema or hand therapy? All of our therapists get membership with Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program), so if continued education and growth is something you are drawn to, we are the company for you.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.- Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Aide.- AHA BLS required.Professional Development Program:With our commitment to excellence and continual learning, you will benefit from our robust professional development program and benefits.
