Here, you'll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.About the role:The Senior Reimbursement Business Manager plays a key role in the commercialization of the Intracept technology. They are responsible for implementing and managing Intracept Patient Access Programs that build the foundation of Intracept adoption. This includes training, education, and oversight of programs. They will partner with Territory Managers in all aspects of program establishment and monitoring.This is a field-based (remote) role with up to 50% travel, with a focus on the Midwest and Central Eastern Seaboard regions.Your responsibilities will include:Engage and work strategically with C-Suite and/or business decision makers, physicians, and support personnel of potential sites of care.Serve as the primary contact for reimbursement support and education regarding billing, coding, national and local coverage policies.Partner with Territory Managers to educate and open accounts.Train field sales organization, physicians/staff, and key stakeholders on the reimbursement landscape, patient access tools, and resources. Presentations for up to 50 people at a time.Prepare and conduct Intracept Program Reviews.Identification and education regarding billing and coding issues and resolution.Strategically interact with commercial payers to open up access to care for the Intracept procedure.Navigate payer contracting discussions with facilities and physicians.Secure home office space with the ability to protect HIPAA sensitive materials.Required qualifications:Minimum 5 years market access experience required, including payer coverage.Minimum 5 years of experience supporting field-based sales roles.Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, including some weekends. (Depending upon location, driving within 4 hours from home, plus air travel. Weekends required one to two times per month. Must be near major airport hub).Preferred qualifications:Salesforce experience is a plus.Startup experience is preferred.Minimum 5 years of medical device industry experience preferred.Requisition ID: 599882Minimum Salary: $140000Maximum Salary: $266000The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com --will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
