Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail team as a Customer Experience Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, leading a high-performing sales team, and contributing to the overall success of our retail business. We are looking for a results-driven professional with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving key performance indicators.
  2. Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage customers, enhance their shopping experience, and increase loyalty.
  3. Store Operations: Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment.
  4. Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
