Keep Typing C.A. is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective human resources strategies, collaborating with our HR department, and analyzing KPIs to drive business growth.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with advanced English skills (B2/C1 Proficiency) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with colleagues across various departments.

Main Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with the HR department to develop and maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
  • Develop detailed and accurate job descriptions for all roles within the organization.
  • Analyze KPI data and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
