About the Position

BA Global Talent is seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our remote team. This critical role will play a key part in supporting HR operations, talent engagement, and workforce management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR, including onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, performance tracking, and overall HR support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient HR processes to support the growth and development of employees.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver benefits programs that meet the needs of employees.
  • Design and execute performance management strategies to drive employee growth and development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Identify and mitigate potential HR risks and develop strategies to prevent issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
