Job OverviewThe Site Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems at our retail stores.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and direct Maintenance Technicians to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively while adhering to statutory regulations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
- Analyze systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
- Assess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
- Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Support with estimating costs for specific repair projects.
