Job Summary: The Government of Western Australia Department of Health is seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team in the Community Health Service. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting the health and wellbeing of children, families, and specific community groups using a range of health promotion/education and support strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient preventative and early intervention programs to individuals and groups. You will also provide an immunisation service as per the National Immunisation Program and WA Immunisation Schedule, and demonstrate competence in nursing care for clients, promoting self-care and personal responsibility for health.
