We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team as a Consulting Sales Executive.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual to leverage their sales expertise in a lucrative, commission-based role with significant earning potential.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients to expand service offerings and drive client success.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads and expand our client base.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and tailor compelling consulting solutions.
  • Negotiate and close complex consulting engagements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
