Chassis and Mechanism Designer

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review mechanical designs for various products, from concept to prototype to production-ready state.\
• Conduct analysis and simulations to validate design feasibility and performance.\
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure mechanical designs meet requirements.\
• Implement design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles to reduce production costs and improve efficiency.\
• Investigate and resolve mechanical design-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.\
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of design processes, decisions, and outcomes.\
• Continuously update knowledge and skills in mechanical design, simulation, and analysis tools and techniques.\
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency, productivity, and quality.\
• Support regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.\
