We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and members, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate patient accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients and members.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and support the growth of the clinic.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale software.
