About The Joint Chiropractic

We are a world-class organization dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patients. We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our caring team as a Front Desk Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and patients
  • Gain memberships to meet sales goals
  • Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in for appointments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Re-engage inactive members and stay updated on membership options and promotions
  • Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
  • Present and sell memberships and visit packages
  • Keep management informed of member concerns and follow manager's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least one year of previous sales experience
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
