• Deliver actionable insights across all people metrics, driving strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Create and manage people data dashboards, developing reporting structures and improving analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with our leadership team to understand key data needs and drive the design and implementation of our data infrastructure.

• Experience in people analytics, business intelligence, and HR data reporting.
• Curiosity and ability to investigate hypotheses and develop insights and recommendations.
• Strong proficiency with data tools, including Sigma and Google Slides/Powerpoint.

• A competitive salary range of $35,350 - $59,650 per year.
