The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in people analytics, business intelligence, and HR data reporting. Your expertise in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in people data will enable you to drive strategic decision-making and inform key initiatives within the organization.

We're looking for someone who can distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations and present them effectively to senior leadership. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the CPO and People leadership team, will be essential in driving meaningful change and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business growth and improve employee engagement, performance, and retention. You'll also contribute to the development of our people analytics capabilities, ensuring that our data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to be a creative thinker who can connect the dots between data and business strategy. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively will be invaluable in driving buy-in and influencing key stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,350 - $59,650, which may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
