Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement novel AI techniques for data development, leveraging synthetic data generation using LLMs as judges.
  • Prototype end-to-end workflows, integrating research ideas into scalable systems, driving innovation in applied settings with measurable impact.
  • Develop high-quality, maintainable code, ensuring robust implementation of research-driven innovations, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Collaborate with real-world design partners, testing solutions in applied settings, driving meaningful outcomes.
  • Work closely with research scientists, engineers, and industry partners to advance Snorkel AI's broader research initiatives and productionize prototypes.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in AI, NLP, multi-modal models, LLMs, and generative AI, with a focus on applied research and system-building.
  • Experience developing, experimenting, and deploying AI models at scale, driving business value.
  • Proficiency in Python and popular machine learning frameworks (NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Familiarity with ML infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), and accelerators (GPUs, TPUs), driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Able to work in a fast-moving environment, comfortable with ambiguity and open-ended challenges, driving rapid innovation.
