Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Development Specialist to join our team at Manaventures. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the local team, driving sales, focusing on customer service, and leveraging analytical skills to optimize performance in Maracaibo.

Yummy is the leading transportation and delivery app in Venezuela with a mission of creating human abundance through technology. As an Urban Development Specialist, you will play a key role in achieving this vision by driving growth and improving KPIs in the market through local initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Ensure sufficient driver supply for both ridesharing and delivery verticals
- Onboard new merchants to Yummy's delivery platform
- Responsible for growth of our KPIs in the market through local initiatives

- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
