The Ideal Candidate

What You'll Do

1. You'll partner with leadership to define recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
2. You'll dive into full-cycle recruiting, from outreach to offer, to ensure an excellent candidate experience across the business.
3. You'll optimize processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our recruitment efforts.
4. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and revamp existing programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proven creative problem-solving abilities and experience managing offers and closing candidates
• Prior experience in a similar role or relevant field
• Strong passion for candidate experience and ability to think creatively
