Associate Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Therapist to join our team at New U Therapy Center & Family Services, Inc. in California and Florida. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to professional development and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As an Associate Therapist, you will work closely with our experienced team of medical providers and therapists to provide comprehensive outpatient services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as medication evaluation and management.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, support, and mentorship
• Design and implement innovative treatment approaches, including ketamine-assisted therapy
• Contribute to the development of our clinical programs and services

To be considered for this role, you must have an active CA license and a strong commitment to professional skills, including legal and ethical standards. You must also be available to work during core business hours, Monday through Friday, and be willing to provide in-person therapy at one of our offices in Valencia, Westlake Village, or Torrance one to two days a week.
