We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Associate Psychotherapists to join our dynamic team at New U Therapy Center & Family Services, Inc. in California and Florida. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as Intensive Outpatient Program Group Therapy and Individual Therapy.

About Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced clinicians and strong clinical Licensed, Master and Doctoral degree supervisors who specialize in various treatments, including Ketamine, EMDR, DBT, Eating Disorder, LGBTQIA+, substance use, trauma-informed treatments, and more. We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: Up to $40-$44 per hour, with semi-annual and annual increases
  • Full-time benefits, including a $500 sign-on bonus, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package

Requirements
  • Active CA license
  • Strong demonstrated commitment to professional skills, including legal and ethical standards
  • Availability to work during core business hours, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to schedule
  • Ability to provide in-person therapy at one of our offices in Valencia, Westlake Village, or Torrance, one to two days a week
