Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at CVHCare, a leader in Home Health Clinical services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes to help them develop the skills and abilities needed for daily living.

About the Role:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on activities of daily living, community re-integration, and leisure activities.
  • Work with patients to develop personalized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and independence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Requirements:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist license
  • Minimum 1 year Occupational Therapy experience desired
  • Reliable transportation
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Availability to work two days per week

Location:

Canyon Country, Castaic, Newhall, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia, and Santa Clarita

Schedule:
