Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health Care Agency in Woodland Hills, CA. As a member of our team, you will work with patients to develop personalized plans to improve their daily living skills and independence.

About the Role
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on activities of daily living, community re-integration, and leisure activities.
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Utilize adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance patient independence and mobility.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Valid California Occupational Therapist license
  • Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • CPR/BLS certification
