Our Role
We're seeking an exceptional Associate Creative Director to join our growing Brand Studio team, where you'll collaborate with design leadership to drive the company's creative vision and push the boundaries of our design language. As a key member of our team, you'll engage in projects across various stages, from initial concepts through production, and guide the design team through exploration and refinement.
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with brand design leadership to scope, direct, and guide the design team on cross-functional projects, supporting the GTM team and product design collaborations.
- Play an active role in the lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, from kickoff and planning through design, concept development, share-outs, and production.
- Seek out opportunities to build brand equity and champion creative projects beyond KPIs.
- Elevate the design standard within the brand team and assist in raising the bar for how brand is applied within product design.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong brand-design portfolio showcasing your understanding of audience motivations and 6+ years of experience in an agency or in-house environment, preferably with prior director or lead experience. SaaS or B2B experience is a plus. You should be passionate about creating cohesive visual design systems and have excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluency in industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Notion is a must. Motion design and event design experience are a major plus.
